Luxe Sleepovers

Each tent includes the following:

  • 5 ft. white fabric teepee with window
  • Decorative teepee topper to coordinate with theme
  • Twin-sized air mattress with deluxe mattress topper
  • Fitted sheet and pillowcase
  • Cozy comforter
  • Plush decorative pillows (2-3 per tent, this varies by theme)
  • Plush accent rug (often an individual rug but sometimes a larger rug is placed in front of a few tents, this varies per theme)
  • Specialty touches: decorative garland and a theme-specific accessory (these specialty touches vary per theme)
  • Over bed breakfast tray
  • Lantern with LED tea light
  • LED string lights
  • Personalized name tag


In addition, each luxe sleepover theme set-up includes:

  • A themed “vignette”, coordinating wooden crates with additional signage/décor to fit theme
  • A personalized felt letter board sign to recognize the guest of honor and/or the occasion
  • Set-up/styling, tear down and pick up. We will launder and disinfect all item. There will be a small delivery fee ($25-$100) This will be based on the mileage from zipcode 60618.

We have a 4-tent minimum and currently have 12 tent set-ups available. The approximate minimum amount of space needed per tent is 3.5' wide and 6.5' in length and the teepee is 63” high. If you have questions/concerns about the space, please share a photo with us. We have many unique configuration options. Living areas and lower-level recreation areas tend to be best. Check out our FAQ page for more answers to your burning questions. Custom themes incur an extra charge, this ranges from $50-$75 depending on the complexity.

Luxe Picnics

Our luxe picnic set-up includes the following:

  • One low-profile dining table perfect for all ages
  • Adult-sized cotton teepee or lace teepee decorated to coordinate with theme (Dimensions: cotton teepee: 70” W, 76” D x 87” H) with LED lights
  • Themed lounging pillows inside of teepee
  • Layered rugs to add visual interest
  • Four to six place settings per table. Includes cup, plate, cutlery and napkins.
  • Table runner
  • Seating: Poufs, floor cushions and/or decorative pillows to coordinate with theme
  • Themed table décor
  • Small side table


In addition, each luxe picnic theme set-up includes:

Important things to consider:
One dining table can seat up to a maximum of 6 guests. 2 tables if placed together can seat a maximum of 10 people.
2 tables with sufficient space between them can seat a maximum of 12 people.

Proposal Package

Our Proposal Package includes the following:

  • "Marry Me" laser-cut wooden sign adorning teepee
  • Adult-sized cotton teepee (Dimensions of teepee: 70” W, 76” D x 87” H) with LED lights
  • Low-profile dining table with a neutral table runner
  • Place settings for two (includes cup, plate, cutlery, napkins, wine glasses and champagne flutes)
  • Sparkling water for 2
  • Chocolate-covered strawberries
  • Sprinkling of petals
  • An elegant beverage stand perfect for celebratory bubbles* and vino* (*for legal reasons we cannot provide)
  • A small fresh bouquet of flowers
  • Cozy blanket and lounging pillows inside of teepee in case you decide to get super cozy (of course you will!)
  • Romantic pillows: Everyday I Love You, XOXO and heart shaped fur pillow 
  • Comfortable seating: Poufs, floor cushions and/or decorative pillows
  • Layered rugs to add visual interest
  • A themed “vignette” coordinating crates with an "Always Kiss Me Goodnight" sign. If possible, we recommend coordinating with us to have a framed photo or two of you both so we can add it to this display.
  • A personalized felt letter board sign for the special occasion!
  • Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to your phone to play "your song."
  • Set-up/styling, tear down and pick up. We will launder/spot-clean and disinfect all items. There will be a small delivery fee ($25-$100) This will be based on the mileage from zipcode 60618.

Fabulous extras! Pink Lemonade with a splash of "something something!"
We love to elevate the party experience. Here are some fabulous additions we currently offer to add that extra touch. In addition, we are happy to customize themed goody bags, sleep masks, pajamas, coordinate balloon garlands, and on and on. Low-profile dining table(s)

These low-profile dining tables are a perfect accent to any luxe sleepover. What a fabulous place to enjoy cupcakes or pizza. The rental includes coordinating decorative rugs, poufs/pillows and place settings (plates, cup, cutlery) along with a table runner and themed decor to add that special "something something!"

$150 for one table with any Pink Lemonade luxe sleepover experience (seats 4-6)
$250 for two tables with any Pink Lemonade luxe sleepover experience (seats 7-12)

"Guest of Honor" rattan chair, side table, decorative pillow and coordinating rug

Spotlight the guest of honor at your party or shower with this boho vibe rattan set. A fabulous place for the guest of honor to feel that "extra special" love while opening gifts or to level-up the ever so important party photos!

Movie night velvet ropes

Look out Hollywood! Everyone dreams of walking the red-carpet. Pink Lemonade Party Co. has made this a reality. These sturdy red velvet ropes elevate the movie night experience. Ball gown and heels are optional.
